WP1 serves as the central hub of coordination and oversight for the entire PREMIO COLLAB consortium. Led by RSD, this work package ensures that all partners work together seamlessly as a unified and efficient system. Its responsibilities span several critical areas:
First, WP1 manages day-to-day operations, facilitating smooth collaboration across all participating institutions. It also provides financial and legal oversight, handling budgets, contractual obligations, and intellectual property rights to maintain transparency and compliance.
Another key function is quality assurance, monitoring progress to ensure that all activities align with the project’s objectives. WP1 also takes charge of regulatory compliance, delivering timely and accurate reports to the European Commission.
